George Bush actually said that a couple years back, that the Constitution is just a piece of paper. I don't remember what issue sparked that brilliant philosophical epiphany. So here is the latest example of the criminal, despotic fascistic government which now controls, literally, our lives and deaths. It's long been an open secret that the Constitution has been trampled on, crumpled up and tossed into the incinerator. This idiot made the mistake of saying this on camera.
