In a stunning admission from Fox News' rising star, Judge Andrew Napolitano recently told the bizarre Ralph Nader in an interview that Bush and Cheney indeed should have had numerous charges brought against them. That is incredibly brave for the good judge to say on camera -- he must watch his back now.
