Gay CA Judge: Gay Marriage Ban Unconstitutional

The biggest story in the news today is that a rogue, criminal judge in California has struck down Proposition 8, which the citizens voted for 52% to 48% in 2008. What you will not hear from NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN or MSLSD is that the judge is openly gay. How in the world can this guy get away with hearing the case, ruling and not having recused himself? This is an obvious case of prejudice in the court. The man potentially stands personal gains as a result of his ruling. He can get tax breaks and all the rest of the privileges that come from being married.

This case will end up in the Supreme Court but a decision will not be handed down for years. In the meantime gay marriage will be legal in California, against the will of the people. Activist judges like Vaughan Walker are a clear and present danger to our tattered republic. This man is a disgrace and should be removed from the bench.
